Here are a few noteworthy projects that I have worked on.
ATM Reconciliation Portal
RPA Developer
The automation solution spools information from two databases then compiles an aggregated spreadsheet for successful and unsuccessful transactions. It then generates a report, runs a search on the Active directory to determine the service manager attached to the corresponding ATM, and sends the information on findings. The Reconciled Report provided periodically allows the Bank to carry out the settlements for shortage or excess of cash observed in the ATM, which is an error-prone and tedious process.
AI Sentiment Analysis
Intelligent Automation Developer
This was built using Microsoft Power Automate and Twitter APIs to analyse feedback received on Twitter into positive and negative sentiments to allow for a quicker resolution to the company's customers' complaints.
